Founder Flite planned, wrote, designed and developed the Islamic Women Counselling website. The project brought together information about the practice, its services and ways to enquire, with particular attention to the needs and values of Muslim women seeking support.
The brief
The website needed to explain the practice clearly and provide a considerate introduction for someone deciding whether to reach out. That required attention to the wording, the order of information and the contact experience.
Understand the support
Explore contact options
Enquire
A quieter sequence, with no branching choices, lets visitors move from understanding to contact at their own pace.
A considered content structure
We organised the content around the practice, available support and questions a visitor may have before making contact. The copy uses a warm, measured tone and acknowledges the importance of faith and cultural understanding.
The aim was to help visitors recognise relevant support without having to work through an undifferentiated list of services.
Respect the pace of the visitor
The design gives service explanations, practitioner information and contact options clear places in the journey. Responsive layouts, readable text and straightforward navigation support use on a phone as well as a larger screen.
Contact prompts invite an enquiry without claiming that the website can determine which support is appropriate for every visitor.
Give people contact choices
The website provides phone, email and WhatsApp options alongside an enquiry form. The form asks about the visitor's needs and preferred contact method, providing a starting point for the practice to follow up.
