FF / QUESTIONS BEFORE DEPARTURE

Before you send it.

What happens after I submit a project enquiry?

Your Flite Plan comes directly to us, and you get a considered response rather than an automated sales sequence. We review where the business is, where you are trying to go and whether Founder Flite is the right fit. If it is, the next step is usually a conversation, and if it is not, we say so.

Do I need a complete brief before contacting Founder Flite?

No. Not sure yet is a legitimate answer in the form, and diagnosing what the business actually needs is the first stage of the work, not your homework before it. Where the business is today and what is frustrating you is enough to begin.

How much do projects cost?

Projects typically begin from A$3,200, with the actual investment depending on scope. That figure is a starting point rather than a package price: some focused engagements sit near it, and larger connected systems cost more. Every engagement gets a written proposal with the price stated before anything begins.

Can we start with one problem and expand later?

Yes, and most engagements work exactly that way. Starting with the sharpest constraint, such as the website, the lead flow or local visibility, proves the working relationship on something measurable, and the connected system can grow from there if the results justify it.

What if we already have an agency, a marketing person or internal tools?

That is normal, and Founder Flite works alongside existing arrangements where the arrangement makes sense. The diagnosis stage maps what exists and what is working before anything is proposed, so recommendations build on your current setup rather than assuming a blank slate.
