Founder Flite comes from a decade across eCommerce, branding, automation and copywriting: building stores, writing the words that sell them, and wiring up the systems that run them. Along the way a pattern became obvious. The businesses losing the most money weren't the ones with bad products. They were the ones whose phone rang out.

So this is now the whole job: websites and AI systems for practices and professional firms that can't afford to miss a call. Dentists, physios, counsellors, accountants, trades. Businesses where one recovered patient or client pays for the entire system that caught them.
